

Three More Friends There is a girl who hasn't quite become a woman but isn't a child anymore. She's been an amazing friend to me and I'm there for her as much as I can be, but sometimes I wonder if that's enough. She is a dancer, amazingly graceful in a way that would make a swan jealous. She has a beautiful singing voice and I envy her for being able to hit notes I simply dream of. She's one of the girls who is stronger than they appear and while she doesn't break down often in front of other people that doesn't mean she isn't hurting. I know things for her lately have been hard and that her parents aren't always there so I've tried to be aroThree More Friends


Brainstorming The room was dark, lit up every now and then by a flash of lightning. Rain lashed angrily at the panes of glass. The young girl sat staring out the window with a forlorn expression. Sighing heavily, she reached out a shaking hand to push the window open. As soon as she did this, the howling winds ushered the stinging wet bullets inside. The drops pummeled her face and she smiled. She loved the rain. The water rinsed away the blood on her other arm, but it would never be able to wash away the scars. She tried to calm herself.
